One Day Workshop (edu 07) Department of General education and College union organised a one day workshop on the topic stress management. Mr. Anoosh Shakti was the resource person and he explained how to manage stress in our life. He tried to give some advice to avoid stress . The session include speech about causes, after effect and remedial measures of stress. And the resource person asked somebody to sing a song. Then uthara sang a song. He also conducted two types of games for the trainees. At the end of the programme trainees provided their feedback and i given the vote of thanks.
